Privacy & Visitor Logging
How this website handles communications, attachments and technical access records.
Information collected
When you submit a form, we store the details you provide, the message, status, reply notes and any permitted attachment. For security and analytics, the system may record IP address, browser/user-agent, visited page, referrer, date/time, and country/city headers when supplied by the hosting/CDN provider.
Purpose
Records support replies, service improvement, security monitoring, fraud prevention, visitor statistics and operational accountability. City/country values are approximate and may be blank.
Access and security
Communications and attachments are restricted to authenticated administration. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Database credentials remain in a protected server configuration file.
Retention
Administrators should periodically remove visitor logs and communications no longer required for their operational or legal purpose. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
